Part of your daily workout schedule a 10 minute (although you could always do it x2) this is a 10 minute HIIT style workout mixing cardio training with resistance band work.
I really enjoyed doing this workout and you have the options of using step but you could do the cardio workout easily on the floor.
Remember daily exercise is your daily brainworkout - Don't skip it.
